Payment Terms.
Pay monthly by Direct Debit, Cheque, Credit Card or Cash. No minimum term – Maximum term 12 months before payment review. For long term lets we require one months notice to quit.
Advance booking terms.
- One calendar month in advance
- Six calendar months in advance – 5% discount
- Twelve calendar months in advance – 10% discount
- Negotiable discounts for long term contracts if paid by Direct Debit
