Payment Terms.

Pay monthly by Direct Debit, Cheque, Credit Card or Cash. No minimum term - Maximum term 12 months before payment review. For long term lets we require one months notice to quit.

Advance booking terms.

  • One calendar month in advance
  • Six calendar months in advance - 5% discount
  • Twelve calendar months in advance - 10% discount
  • Negotiable discounts for long term contracts if paid by Direct Debit
